ELIGIBILITY	Product sales only: This promotion applies to product sales only. Hire charges, labour, installation, discounted/sale items, freight/delivery, and any service fees are excluded from the promotional spend threshold and do not qualify toward the free gift. One (1) promotional item per order that meets the applicable spend threshold. No order splitting: Ultimate Solutions may, at its sole discretion, combine multiple orders placed by the same customer (or on behalf of the same end site/project) within a set period (e.g., 7 or 30 days) and treat them as one order for the purposes of this promotion. Orders that are split or placed separately to obtain multiple promotional gifts are not eligible for multiple gifts, and only one promotional item will be supplied.
STOCK AVAILABILITY	Valid while stocks last. Orders placed after promotional stock is exhausted will not qualify.
GST	All spend thresholds are exclusive of New Zealand GST.
HOW IT’S APPLIED	Your free gift will be automatically added to your order at dispatch once the required spend threshold is reached.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Promotion Orders):	No returns are permitted on orders where a promotional gift has been received — exchanges only.

CANNOT BE COMBINED	This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
SUBSTITUTIONS	Promotional items are subject to availability. If a promotional item is unavailable, Ultimate Solutions reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
CHANGES/ CANCELLATION	Ultimate Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
