Black Adhesive Hook & Loop Tape – 50mm x 18m

This premium industrial adhesive tape is an excellent means of securing most types of floor protection including polyweave, plastic sheeting, flute board, matting, etc to carpeted floor/stairs.
The adhesive backing has a synthetic rubber and resin adhesive solution applied to give an unbeatable instant bond. The high tack level provides a secure fixing to the surface allowing fast installation – it will not come off**.

Self-adhesive Hook Tape consists of a premium grade hook and can be applied directly to some carpeted surfaces*, it is generally only used to hold sheeting adjacent to the perimeter wall/skirting.
Self-adhesive Loop Tape can be used to adhere to Hook Tape.

Before applying, please ensure that the surface is clean, dry and free from grease and dust and that the surface is sound and smooth, flakey surfaces will reduce the adhesion.
Place the hook on the surface and press on firmly leaving for approx. 5 minutes before use, the bond will fully cure and reach its optimum strength after 24 hours.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*It is the responsibility of the purchaser of Adhesive Tape to test suitability in a small inconspicuous edge of the carpet/surface proir to use. Generally Hook Tape it is only suitable for use on nylon/synthetic/acrylic commercial carpets that have a low loop pile. Velcro Hook Tape should not be used directly on any other carpets or surfaces.

**High Tack Adhesive will leave a residue on the surface. Only to be applied for permanent use or if product is to be disposed of after use.
